It started in 2008 when my mother’s barbecue sauce recipe was handed down to me. I started marketing the sauce and soon began smoking meat. I competed professionally for the first time in 2013 and was happy to get a call in brisket. From that point I began developing recipes to compete with. I began catering soon after. I had a dream to have my own place, where I can offer not only great smoked meats, but delicious sides as well. We use family recipes that date back over one hundred years. We take pride in every dish that is served and we work hard to make everyone feel like part of the family. Barbecue is more than just good food. It’s about the gathering. In life we become friends, in barbecue we become family.
